Terms Of Service

1. Agreement

Terms between Client and SEO DataBank, 17 Quai de Rive Neuve, 13007 Marseille, France. Engaging services = acceptance.

2. Services

SEO auditing, keyword research, on-site optimisation, link acquisition, local SEO, content strategy, and data analytics. All digital.

3. Payment

Via Stripe in EUR. Index: full upfront. Crawl/Authority: monthly billing per agreement. Overdue payments pause active campaigns.

4. Access

Client provides Google Search Console and GA4 access via OAuth. CMS credentials stored in encrypted vault. All access revoked within 24h of engagement end.

5. Results

SEO results depend on competition, domain history, content, and algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue. We guarantee data-backed methodology and transparent reporting.

6. IP

Client owns all deliverables on full payment. We retain anonymised portfolio rights. Dashboard templates remain our IP; client data within them is Client property.

7. Liability

Limited to fees paid. No liability for algorithm changes, hosting failures, or client-side content modifications.

8. Law

French law. Marseille courts. EU ODR available. Updated: March 2026.
